If you only have a PDF plan set, we can still work with it — we just need survey data or a coordinate reference to ensure accuracy. For quantity takeoffs, send us the bid documents and plans.
Single surface machine control models are delivered in 2-3 business days. Full site packages take 7 business days. Quantity takeoff turnaround depends on your bid deadline — we work to your schedule. Rush delivery is available for an additional 50% fee, with 24-hour turnaround on most projects.

Minor revisions based on the original scope are included. Significant plan changes — new phases, major grading revisions — are quoted separately at $150-$300 so there are no surprises. We confirm before we do any additional work.
